Hong Kong Space Robotics and Energy Centre Limited (HKSRE) is a new InnoHK R&D Centre established in January 2025 specializing in developing multifunctional operation robot with mobile charging capability. With The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) as the leading institution in collaboration with local and international institutions, HKSRE aims to contribute to national space missions, promote the application of space technology and advance aerospace research and development in Hong Kong.

 

responsibilities 

  1. Manage overall quality control of aerospace projects to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory specifications.
    管理航天项目的全面质量控制，确保项目符合质量标准和规范。

  2. Establish a quality management plans, overseas implementation and make timely adjustments to ensure controlled quality at all stages of projects.
    制定项目质量管理计划，监督执行并及时调整，确保项目各阶段质量可控。

  3. Raise team members’ quality awareness, provide training and guidance, and promote continuous improvement of project quality.
    协助团队成员建立质量意识，提供培训指导，推动项目质量持续改进。

  4. Keep track of R&D project quality indicators, analyze and evaluate project progress and outcomes, identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
    跟踪科研项目质量指标，分析评估项目进展和成果，及时发现并解决质量问题。

 

Requirements

  1. Degree (bachelor or above) in science, engineering, or other related disciplines. Experience in managing aerospace projects is a plus.
    本科及以上学历，科学、工程或相关专业背景，具备航天项目管理经验者优先。

  2. Proficient in ISO quality management system standards, familiar with R&D project management processes and methods.
    精通ISO质量管理体系标准，熟悉科研项目管理流程和方法。

  3. Good problem identification and solving skills, able to make prompt decisions and respond to challenges in urgent situations.
    具备良好的问题识别和解决能力，能够在紧急情况下迅速做出决策并应对挑战。

  4. Good team player with communication skills, be responsible and able to work under pressure / in a fast-paced environment.
    良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，有责任心和抗压能力。

 

Remuneration and COnditions of Service

Salary is highly competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  The appointment is expected to commence as soon as possible.
