Hong Kong Space Robotics and Energy Centre Limited (HKSRE) is a new InnoHK R&D Centre established in January 2025 specializing in developing multifunctional operation robot with mobile charging capability. With The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) as the leading institution in collaboration with local and international institutions, HKSRE aims to contribute to national space missions, promote the application of space technology and advance aerospace research and development in Hong Kong.

 

responsibilities 

  1. Plan and be responsible for the design and production of scene models, 3D objects and (texture) maps for 3D interactive pages.
    规划及负责3D交互页面的场景模型、3D物件以及贴图的设计与制作

  2. Responsible for the optimization of the scene of 3D interactive pages to improve the visual experience and visual quality.
    负责3D交互页面的场景的优化，提高视觉体验，提升视觉品质

  3. Responsible for production of atmospheric lighting of the 3D interactive page.
    负责3D交互页面的灯光氛围制作

 

Requirements

  1. Candidates with relatively more complete project R&D or planning experience, or with large scene design experience is preferred
    有较完整的项目研发经验，具备项目规划能力，有大场景设计经验优先

  2. Solid foundation in art, good design, modeling ability and art literacy. Able to meet aerospace style.
    美术功底扎实，具备一定审美，个人风格满足航天调性

  3. Proficient in using various modelling and rendering software, including but not limited to UE, familiar with UE rendering, and have excellent perception of composition, color, light and shadow relationship, and atmosphere shaping.
    熟练主流三维建模工具，熟悉UE渲染，且掌握光照系统

  4. Top level mindset with scene planning and asset integration capabilities
    有全局意识，对场景资源有整体规划

  5. Good communication and collaboration skills, have sufficient experience and sensitivity in performance optimization, and cooperate with TA and other pipelines to implementation performance optimization iteratively.
    善于沟通协作，能和项目规划和开发就技术问题迭代效果和性能

 

Remuneration and COnditions of Service

Salary is highly competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  The appointment is expected to commence as soon as possible.
