Hong Kong Space Robotics and Energy Centre Limited (HKSRE) is a new InnoHK R&D Centre established in January 2025 specializing in developing multifunctional operation robot with mobile charging capability. With The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) as the leading institution in collaboration with local and international institutions, HKSRE aims to contribute to national space missions, promote the application of space technology and advance aerospace research and development in Hong Kong.

 

responsibilities 

  1. Supply chain planning and execution to ensure efficient supply chain operation.
    负责供应链规划和执行，确保供应链流程高效运转。

  2. Coordinate suppliers, manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and ensure supplier on time delivery.
    协调供应商关系，管理供应商合同和谈判，确保供应商交付按时。

  3. Analyse supply chain data, identify potential problems and suggest improvement to optimize supply chain processes.
    分析供应链数据，识别潜在问题并提出改进建议，优化供应链流程。

  4. Arrange collaborations with different teams to ensure coordinated production and logistics planning, to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
    协调跨部门合作，确保生产计划与物流协调一致，提高整体供应链效率。

 

Requirements

  1. Degree (bachelor or above), education backgrounds in supply chain management, logistics management or related disciplines is preferred
    本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理或相关专业背景优先。

  2. Minimum 2 years’ supply chain management and procurement experience in large scale engineering projects, familiar with supply chain management workflow and principles.
    2年以上大型工程项目供应链管理与采购相关工作经验，熟悉供应链管理工作流程和原则。

  3. Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively manage all stakeholders in the supply chain.
    出色的沟通协调能力，能够有效管理供应链各方利益相关者。

  4. Good team player with communication skills, be responsible and able to work under pressure / in a fast-paced environment.
    良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，有责任心和抗压能力。

 

Remuneration and COnditions of Service

Salary is highly competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  The appointment is expected to commence as soon as possible.
