The aim of the Power Semiconductors and Applications Center (PowerSAC) under the SEAM@InnoHK scheme is to conduct innovative research and development to accelerate the commercialization of transformative wide-bandgap semiconductor technologies by tackling the most pressing technical challenges faced by power semiconductor manufacturers and end users, and to enable a new wave of sustainable, high-efficiency power delivery solutions.
